PTO

The Chapelwood PTO is an organization in which parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles, and teachers work together toward a common goal. The goal is creating a better school and better educational experience for our children. We strive to create an atmosphere where teachers and administrators can do their best work — and so can our children.

What are PTO Meetings?

PTO Meetings are short, informational meetings that briefly report on the PTO’s activities. The Principal and Assistant Principal also give updates on what is going on in our school and the township. Childcare is provided during the meetings.

Together We…

• Enhance the school community by organizing and running the Pumpkin Patch, Spring Fling, and Holiday Class Parties.
• Help build literacy through the Scholastic Book Fair.
• Aid teachers by providing funds to help purchase needed classroom supplies and teaching aids as well as help fund field trips and special projects.
• Show appreciation to Teachers and Staff.

How Can I Help?

There’s a lot to be accomplished and we need your help! Volunteering doesn’t mean a huge commitment. An hour or two a semester makes a big difference. There are many opportunities to help that fit your time schedule and your interest.
